These rare and wonderful beads were made for tribal trade in Venice, circa 1900. Like the original red-colored White Heart beads, these beads have a wound core of white glass. Their vibrant turquoise color was highly prized by the indigenous peoples of the Americas, Africa and along the old Silk Route. Strands measure 20" inches of beads, excluding the back of river rushes that they are strung on. Quantities are limited. $18.00 per strand
