The Perspicacious Parrot Necklace Kit
|
This whimiscal turquoise parrot is hand-carved for us in New Mexico and pays homage to one of the most intelligent birds on earth. Parrots are more threatened with extinction than any other group of birds. 10% of the price of this kit (and anything else you order with it) will be donated to Wings Over The Rainbow, a sanctuary for abused and abandoned exotic birds in Ohio.
The kit includes the parrot pendant wrapped on sterling silver wire, black onyx and sterling beads, Kingman, Arizona heishi, sterling silver and black onyx accent beads. It finishes to 24" and includes sterling clasp and crimps, stringing material, instructions.

The Turquoise Hummingbird Necklace Kit

A hand-carved Arizona turquoise hummingbird with sterling beak and coral collar is the focal point of this necklace. Made for us in New Mexico, the bird is beautifully wrapped on a sterling head pin with a turquoise rondelle and sterling bead. The body of the necklace is reconstituted block turquoise heishi made in Kingman, Arizona. Understated compliments of turquoise rondelles and sterling beads make delicate accents to this lovely little necklace. Kit finishes to 20 inches and includes stringing material, instructions, sterling crimps, clasp, and end beads.
